Adam, I just checked out your blog. Good writing. I especially liked 4 Things I'm Not Qualified to Do.

Would you like to start writing for MON? You could post much of your same posts that you do on your site. If writers commit to a weekly post and to interacting with the posts of other writers, then I highlight them, their website, twitter page, etc. as I have those on the right. You could also start a group on a particular topic (like youth outreach, for instance) and invite people to join this group.
