At UT Dallas, she attended a Let's Start Talking/FriendSpeak program, a ministry which helps people better their English by reading from the gospel of Luke. Through the course of these sessions, she was baptized by David Woodward--who is now her husband. And her story continues to grow, as her mother has been baptized by David as well.
