This week I am requiring all of the student at the South Pacific Bible College in New Zealand to take both the StrenghtsFinder and James' Spiritual Gifts inventory. It is going to be interesting what their reactions will be. I will let you know

Using the strengths and spiritual gifts assessment can add purpose and direction to your spiritual walk as you find out the areas that you really are gifted in, and can direct your efforts toward those areas. Not to the exclusion of all else, but to the things that you are best suited to do in the Kingdom.

Debra, I am so glad that you have found this discovery process helpful. I really see you using your strengths and gifts in so many ways--with your kids and fellow teachers, with LST, and with the divorce recovery ministry. Walk in the Spirit, and don't let anything tear you down!

There are few things that I am as passionate about right now as helping people discover their Strengths and Spiritual gifts. Time and again I have seen this help people find direction in life, gain a greater sense of God's working in their lives, reach out, improve relationships in their marriages, and more. I just want to thank you so much for encouraging me to use my strenghts. I have benefited so much from sharing my weekly devos with my co-workers. Its amazing how people minister to you in return for ministering unto them. I feel so blessed!
