Trey, we used this at the church I was at in Liberty, and I am now using it at High Pointe. I use the Strengths Finder in combination with a Spiritual gifts survey to form a "Strengths and Spiritual Gifts Assessment." I have some research on both Strengths and Spiritual gifts assessments and how they help equip people that I'll try to post.
