Mission Shaped Church.pdf - This is a missions report that Eddie Gibbs, author of ChurcNext and co-author of Emerging Churches, pointed me towards. It gives an analysis and prediction of different forms of church, both old and new, for the future.

Here is an interview by Ed Stetzer with Darrin Patrick, author of Church Planter (see below). Ironically, I like him better in this interview than in his book.

Darrin Patrick, Vice-President of the Acts 29 Network, has written a book called Church Planter: The Man, The Message, The Mission.

From looking it over, it emphasizes what you might expect from the Mark Driscoll group--hard reformed edge, concern for sin and character, and an emphasis upon preaching. There is very little that is practical or even all that much on mission. Not exactly an exciting read, but I have found this to be the case with Crossway books.

This looks like an excellent site for missional church planting, with some good resources.

David Watson reports that the most productive church planters pray an average of 3 hours per day. http://ning.it/9hinKu What does this show us?

Here is an article on "How to Brand Your Church Using Social Media." What do you think of this concept? http://ning.it/cKvpbD
