The need is obvious, the opportunity is unique, and the challenge is beyond human ability. The growing 45 millions of Latinos to be around 130 million in the next 40 years (according to predictions), is a call to the church to respond.
We at Genesis Alliance have taken this call seriously and with faith. Our mission is to equip church planters that can go and plant churches across the USA. As step to be better prepare, we are pleased to announce the addition of Mike Eppinette to Genesis Alliance team. Mike is a good friend of mine. He is a person with a heart for the lost souls. He sees the big opportunity and responsibility to take the Gospel to the 45 plus millions Latinos. He is strong believer of our organic approach. He is a visionary person, his sees Genesis Alliance equipping and deploying church planters all over the USA. His communication skills will enrich our endeavor. Please help me to welcome Mike Eppinette to our team.

Sixto, this is wonderful news. I heard about the baptism with Carlos Lopez's work and have posted it on our website. Please do post their pictures and stories. We will pray for their spiritual growth.

The mission of Jesus Christ is alive. Our church planting is moving forward. Juan Carlos and Hortencia Bautista are moving this month to the city of Grand Prairie to plant a church. Juan and Hortencia love the lost souls. They are a great addition to our team.

We are having a good 2009 start. Four souls have been added to the Body. I will post their pictures in the pictures spot and if you will, pray for their spiritual growth.

What a challenge and opportunity

A radio program is a great tool to send the Good News of Jesus, our Lord to thousands of people at the same time. Thanks to World Radio on December the 9th, our first program was broadcasted in the Metroplex. It has been an aye opening. We have received calls from Willis Point, McKinney, Garland, Wilmer, and Dallas. Some people have call requesting the programs on CDs; others have expressed appreciation for the program. While others, have requested the program to be broadcasted every day of the week. Also we have people that have requested Bible courses.

I’m taking these calls as a signal of the potential ahead. We have one million and half Latinos in the Metroplex. Projections indicate that this number is going to grow to 7 millions in the next 40 years. Do we, as a church, have a challenge and an opportunity to share the salvation of Jesus Christ with them?



If evangelizing the Latinos in the Metroplex is a great challenge and opportunity, think about the 45 million across the states with a potential to become 100 millions in the next 40 years. It is time for us to unite our resources to make a nation that glorify God and send the saving power of Jesus Christ to other countries.

Our vision for the Metroplex is to take the gospel to every Latino community. We’re aiming to create communities of believers all over the Metroplex and beyond.
