A Story of Redemption Bible Study with Chandra (from Clothes Closet)

Chandra and I have been studying the Bible using the Story of Redemption material since April. Chandra requested a Bible study through her association with the Clothes Closet ministry, and I have so enjoyed meeting her and studying God's Word together.  It is a great study for both of us, and the friendship we have developed over the past five months has been wonderful! Chandra is a witness for God working in her life, and has commented how meaningful this study has become to her.  She sings the praises of how helpful the church has been to her during this economic downturn. She deeply desires to know more about what God wants her to do as she seeks to serve Him and others, and so do I.  We look forward to getting together and studying each week as we are both feeling very blessed through this experience.

Kathy, when I walked in on Wednesday night and saw that you were studying with Chandra, I was so excited and encouraged. We had interviewed Chandra for the 2010 Harvest Sunday video. She talked there about losing her job, and how much the church had blessed her through this. To find out that you had been studying with her was wonderful!
