Amy Dooley’s First Grade class selected the Food Pantry as their 100th Day of School Project. Their class goal was to collect 100 food items and they doubled this by bringing 200 items. We appreciate all the NTCA students and teachers for keeping the Food Pantry near and dear to their hearts and participating in various ways throughout the school year. I've noticed that most of the children are so eager to serve by collecting food, stocking shelves, making bags and handing them out to our customers. They consider this a joy and privilege as they serve Christ and others. And I've also noticed that adult volunteers are really hard to come by. Any ideas on how to get more dedicated workers, especially men?
