I have heard people say that God takes care of babys and fools. Where did that come from and what does it mean?

I googled to find what info available--didn't find much! I am thinking it is just an old saying from who knows where. Anyone out there who knows?

I think you are correct. I have heard that so much and someone called me last night to see where it was found in the Bible. I hadn't seen it there so I, too Googled it. The was nothing. One place I went the person said it is not quoted in the Bible like that but it is in reference to something in Psalms and Ephesians.
But he did give the scripture. Thank you again and have great weekend.
