Hispanic Leadership will be essential not only for the future but for the present! Who are those leaders out there representing the hispanics? Moreover, are they leaders that are ambassadors of Christ! Any ideas on how to grow the leadership potential for Hispanics? Who are the Hispanic leaders of right now? Do they represent Christ?

Wilmer, go to the "Groups" tab and click on "Add a New Group." You'll need a picture for the group. It will be cropped to the size of a square. Do that and it will be sent to me.

It would be great for you to get this started and use in whatever way will be helpful for the hispanic missional community. I also hope that you will keep adding some blog posts or discussion groups in English wherever you can so that we can share in this journey. Thanks for your heart! Yes, and if you would like, I think it would be a great idea to start a group that can talk more about this and maybe those that speak in spanish feel a little more free to speak in spanish and over these topics. Should I start a group with these ideas and how do I start one?

Wilmer, this site would be a great gathering spot for Hispanic leaders. I've noticed this already happening, with a lot of Spanish conversations on this site. Do you think that the hispanic leaders on this site have the networking ability to contact these leaders and invite them into this conversation?

Wilmer, that is a question which I, an anglo, do not really know that answer to on a broad basis. But I believe that your father, Sixto Rivera of Genesis Alliance, and Carlos Lopez are great Hispanic leaders that are ambassadors for Christ.
