Often, fornication is not committed openly it is often committed in the secret. Nothing destroys the inner being as much as fornication does. Nothing hinders plans for greatness like it. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body, but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his body. What? Know ye not that you are the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God and ye are not your own? (I Cor. 6:18-19). Samson lost the anointing through immorality.
Great men in our time have lost their anointing the same way. Fornication is a secret killer. Blind men indulge in it. Open your eyes and see the future, consider the lasting consequences of illicit sex.
It can also make you a worthless and a useless champion. When you commit fornication as a Christian, never think that God is still in you. God is jealous
over His dwelling, His temple, which is our bodies. God departs immediately you
defile His temple because there is no ungodliness in Him. Anyone who lures you into it is the enemy of your great tomorrow. He or She is a Satan tool of destruction. So, resist that person. Those who indulge in it have the tendency of falling victim to others than you. Flee fornication. Run away from it. Don’t negotiate it, resist it.
It is better to die great than dying poor and polluted. You are called to affect
your world. God plan for you is unlimited.
He wants to use you. The lives of many people are tied up to yours. So, don’t destroy the possibility of doing good works. Fornication will create guilt
but righteousness and true holiness will exalt you.
