The Churches of Christ forget the frist and the second commandments.

Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.matt22:37-40
(the new testament church started with Love. )
We love him, because he first loved us.
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?1john4:19-20
And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
(with Love Jesus will not have anythings to against the churches of Christ.)
Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. Rev2:5

if we all Love one another in the churches of Christ how did you think the church will be?

We must all repent,......... because we are liars and hypocrite like the Pharisees , God have mercy on us.

Eric, I have been preaching quite a bit on focusing what on what is most important - Christ, and the first and second greatest commandments. In the US at least, we need to refocus on these commandments. How about in Africa?
