In the context of this passage you cited, the doctrine (of/about/from/that is) Christ is the teaching that Jesus is God come in the flesh. Notice the singular in v. 10: "this" doctrine.

I know some who use this text to say "if you don't agree with me, I can't even eat with you." I hope that is now where you are going with this.
