It was nice to see you again. I am praising God that you were able to come and speak to High Pointe. Your talk was very inspirational.I have heard lots of chatter about it,but the best thing is that it gets people thinking about how they can be evangelist in the community,the church and in the world. On Jan 4 and 5 Sixto and Wilmer Rivera joined me on a trip to New Orleans. The city is recovering and still involved in demolition. Some rebuilding is underway. The population is now 10% Latino which was 1% prior to Katrina. I have never seen an opportunity as ripe as the situation we found in New Orleans. The is no connectivity or community among the recent arrivals. They wait for radio announcements for any Latino activity. I will continue to update you on this facinating field of harvest.
