Baptism from Helping Hands Tutoring
Vickie's friend brought her child to our volunteer tutoring program over a year ago.
They were out of church at the time but the tutoring program gave us an opportunity to connect with the family.
Eventually they renewed their commitment to Christ and became a part of our church.
They invited their friend Vicki to come as well. This is her baptism on October 18, 2009.
A true picture of what outwardly focused ministry should be. The little girl is also doing very well in school thanks to her tutor.

Wow, Darin. This is a great story! We are adopting an elementary school, providing a lot of help with food, clothing, and Christmas gifts. We also will have some opportunities for tutoring and volunteering. I would love to get you and our new children's minister talking about this. She is really passionate about us being in the schools.
