How did you get started in prison ministry?

 I started out in ministry by going down to the local jail and having Bible studies with inmates, sharing the gospel. I had a young preacher named Check Monan take me under his wing and encourage me to not only study with prisoners, but to go into ministry full time. So I did. I dropped out of medical school and became a full-time minister. For better or worse, that is how I got started.
