Young or Adult???

How do you feel? Where's your identity? Are you more 'young' or more 'adult' or combination? What are the cool things and not so cool things of this age group?

Yes, I believe, Zack, first of all thanks for joining the group! And thanks for sharing your comments and thoughts..they're much appreciated! Secondly, I do believe that it's a major transition, college students need to be thinking about where they are going to live afterwards, what job, if they will have one, what they will do with their lives basically right after college..it can be a scary thought, you're right.
Also, I believe that working with young adult can be fun, and that's what I have seen is so many are just so busy with school and work and other things, that it seems like they may be leaving their spiritual life go down such as reading daily, praying, worshipping.

Jayaraj, I don't have any money to give, but I can pray. Can you tell us more of the work being done with the young? I'm glad that we can meet and share our mission to the Lord whether it be a Hemisphere away.

Wilmer, have you taken your finals yet? How is school going?

You and your family are in our prayers. I so much appreciate the work that your father does. We had a great time together in our recent trip to El Salvador.

I would say we're both young and we're adults. We all still have youthful energy and we are growing in wisdom on how to effectively use that energy. This is a stage in life that peaks my interest in and increases my desire to work with young adults. Most of us are fresh out of college. Most have left home to go to college. Left their families and friends and made new friends in college. Now they have left those friends too and have gone off to start their careers. They had to gain a new identity in college, and now they must do so again. Young adulthood is a major period of transition and our churches must seek to reach out to them better. Don't know if that is what you were looking for or not. Just a few of my own thoughts. God bless you all. Grace and Peace.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings to you all in the name of Lord and savior Jesus Christ. I am grateful to God always for His blessings to have fellowship with one-another though we are separated from miles and also I am extremely happy to found you, your precious mission for Lord and His church as I searching for like minded Lord’s people in websites to inform and request their prayers and kind concern. I am praying for you and your mission for Lord’s cause on this earth.
Here is brief information for your kind prayers and consideration. I am Jayaraj received graduation in Biblical studies from School of Preaching and working as a servant of God since 2000 in India. My hearty ambition is to reach every corner place in our Telangana region which is the backward place in my state in everything and also in evangelism too . we are the group of ten preachers working to His kingdom up .I am encouraging young and adult to lead them a spiritual life so that they may work for lord in their life .I am also helping poor students by giving them FREE COMPUTER EDUCATION along with Bible classes. . According to my poverty and with the bare situation of the people of local congregations, I am unable to reach all perishing souls surrounding my places But the people are much interesting to hear the good news of Christ and responding to the gospel. I minimally reached.
I am unable to keep them in the way of the Lord. It looks like throwing the new born babies by failing rearing them in the faith. For this, no one is there that supporting me and for my fellow preachers to reach the ready fields to sowing the seeds of the Lord’s kingdom though there are many missionaries from abroad to India. With the faith in the Lord, we know that they are doing all they can according to their limits. Hence we thank God for all the missionaries and the saints who are sending them.
According to my bad position and having no support, I am praying hard at Lord’s feet for the needs to do more follow-up work, and to feed my family and laying the firm and lasting congregations in India gospel fertile field. I am seeking for kind hearts and hands. In this situation I am humbly approaching you for your kind and moral support for the cause of Lord’s evangelism work which is the greatest work on this earth. If you stay my back, I can do more gospel work to win the lost for Lord and I will be ever thankful to you in His service. I beg your brotherly guidance to reach my goal of winning the souls for Lord and His kingdom.
Please pray for me as I sowing the seeds of Lord’s kingdom with tears. Please encourage me to prove my ability and faithful service in Lord’s mission towards God and you. I am praying hard at Lord’s precious feet for you, your mission efforts and hoping on God who answers prayers. With sincere thanks I am longing to see yours brotherly response to hear the good news from you in His will.

Your Brother in His work,
Jayaraj.E,India
