Incorporating Hispanics into Worship, church, youth group college group, activities

How can we bring about more Hispanics and incorporate them more into worship, into youth group class, into college class, into activities?
How can we be better ambassadors to this rising Generation here in the U.S.A.!

Wilmer, this is a dilemma for those on the Anglo side. Frankly, we don't know what to do about this. Do we plant 1st generation Hispanic churches? Yes! Your dad and Genesis Alliance is doing a great job with this, and we need many more people to get involved in this.

But what about 2nd generation Hispanics? They speak English, but culturally where do they want to be? In English-speaking churches? Hispanic speaking churches? A church that does both? I think that we need your insight here.

Well, this would depend on two factors. One being that how cross-cultural are the American Hispanics, how much they are willing, accepting, open to moving into the Caucasian church. Anther factor is how willing is the Caucasian church to accomodate the Latinos.
