What do you think of Christmas gift giving?

 

Here is an article that defends the giving of gifts at Christmas. What do you think of this practice? Do you plan on addressing this issue biblically? How would you address it biblically?

 

Also, should the economic situation in our country affect how we approach gift giving this year? What will your family plan on doing in gifts exchanges this year?
