I really struggled with post-pardum depression with each of my boys. I know that isn't close to what you experience, but even if it is just a tiny bit like that I can imagine it must be difficult. I imagine there are a lot of people out there that experience situations similar to yours. I think this is something people have been uncomfortable talking about in the past. I know for me, there have been many times when other mothers I know have asked me about depression. I wonder how many people are out there that might need someone like you.

I so understand the depression thing! It is so hard this time of year to be surrounded with so much excitement (most of it contrived!) and not feel the same. Exercise sometimes helps (not that I would certainly know! Hee hee). Know that we all love you. I said a special prayer for you tonight.
